The outdoor pool was fantastic, and the staff were really nice too meet our needs. Loved the beautiful grounds perfect!

Everything was great, accommodating stuff, amazing location just off a terrific beach for learning to surf and the jungle. I booked big and exceptionally nice room with all amenities.

The experience was tragically underwhelming. My wife had her cash and cards stolen because apparently, nobody thought to mention the need for a safe. The Wi-Fi was beyond spotty. It's shocking and very inconsiderate that i didn't receive special treatment for all the inconveniences. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

This hotel is fine, with immaculate grounds and friendly security ready to assist. The spacious room seemed like a home away from home. Although Wi-Fi access posed challenges, the inviting pool and beautiful common areas were great. Just a short stroll to a variety of shops and eateries!

The kids loved exploring the lush surroundings, while we appreciated the beautiful grounds and maintained gardens.

My wife says that a kid's play area would be fantastic.

The spacious apartment offered a fantastic outdoor pool and lovely gardens. Security was always friendly and supportive. The beach was only a short stroll away, perfect for relaxation.

The Wi-Fi could have been more reliable , a bit inconvenient.

I had a wonderful three-night stay! The spacious room with a pool view was perfect for my family. The grounds were beautifully maintained, but the in-room Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable, which was frustrating. I would definitely come back to enjoy the lovely atmosphere again!

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend outing

Spacious room, beautiful grounds, with the added benefit of a strong outdoor swimming pool that was great, and the guards at the front gate were friendly and helpful, making for a cute atmosphere.

Well-equipped condos, excellent bed, perfect AC, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room, lovely terrace.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We spent Thanksgiving at this amazing place. Loved the modern and spacious room. The pool area was incredible, with tons of sun loungers and beautiful palm trees. The location was perfect, close enough to everything but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed the privacy at this property, felt like we had our own piece of paradise. , the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly.

The Wi-Fi, it was not very reliable and we struggled to stay connected. , it would have been nice if essentials like laundry detergent and extra rubbish bags were provided in the room to avoid us having to go out and buy them.

The young lady at the front desk, Karen, provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcome. The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and had a huge balcony. The location was great, with a supermarket nearby, and the resort grounds were beautiful. The room rate was competitive and a great value compared to other options. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Jaco Beach.
